Collage Workshop with Zane Shumeiko

Artist Zane Shumeiko will lead a collage workshop exploring the idea of repair, in collaboration with members of Haabersti Klubimaja, a community space that offers connection and support to people living with mental health challenges.
Through collage and interventions on photographs, we will reflect on what repair can mean. You are welcome to bring personal photographs to work with, or use the materials provided. There will be tea and cake.
Limited spots – Materials included – The event is free, but there will be a donation box at the event in case you want to leave a donation. All donations will revert to the members of Haabersti Klubimaja
ART, LOVE & REPAIR initiatives are part of an ongoing PhD research of Lígia Fernandes, examining artists working within mental healthcare organizations. Beyond asking how art can support well-being, the project opens to a broader question: what can we all—artists, participants, and the public—learn about repair through artistic collaboration with mental healthcare spaces?
