New hybrid building quarters in the old town of Narva: library, city government, open stage, office spaces, flats, parking, public squares and park areas.
The yearbook features the spaciality project of a large-scale public building conducted by the 3rd-year students over the past year. It was the student’s first task related to an extensive and complex space allocation plan in which they needed to consider not only the building’s interior logistics but also its relations to the surrounding urban space.
