Laura Pappa

Laura Pappa is a freelance graphic designer based in Amsterdam. She had graduated from the EAA Department of Graphic Design and Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam, receiving her master’s degree from Werkplaats Typografie in Arnhem, the Netherlands. Her clients include publisher Valiz, Biennale Matter of Art in Prague, Het Nieuwe Instituut, Kunstverein Toronto, the Museum of Estonian Architecture and several artists. Together with Elisabeth Klement she organised the graphic design summer programme Asterisk Summer School in Tallinn (2013–2016) and curated the exhibition “Signals from the Periphery” at the Tallinn Art Hall (2017). She teaches at the Royal Academy of Art in the Hague and has taught workshops in graphic design departments in the Sandberg Institute and Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam, Camberwell College of Art in London, EAA and the Ventriloquist Summer School in Oslo.
