At Urban Studies we have organized and hosted several international conferences:

• Architectures, Natures & Data: The Politics of Environments (co-organized with the University of Cambridge, 2017)
• Architecture: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (co-organized with the Estonian Chamber of Architecture, 2015)
• Socialist and Post-socialist Urbanizations: Architecture, Land and Property Rights (2014)
• Between Architecture of War and Military Urbanism (2013).

We always invite interesting guest speakers, most recently Ross Exo Adams (Bard College) and Helena Mattsson (KTH Stockholm).
