This woven textile collection gains inspiration from frequency.
The dimension of frequency here is extended to periodic
waveform phenomena such as the electrical impulses in brain
activities, or brainwaves. The eight woven designs represent
binaural beats that emerge within the frequency range of
1–30 Hz. This frequency range corresponds to the frequency
bands of brainwaves, each of which is associated with certain
subjective states that can be altered through the process
of hearing binaural beats combined with the process of
entrainment.
