If selected, we will require certified copies of all the documents for making an offer for a position in the programme.

Here are some guidelines to follow:

  • We will accept certified copies issued by the educational institution, or a notary public.
  • We will not accept original documents, self-attested copies, photocopies, or printouts.
  • If the documents are not in English or Estonian, ceretified translations need to be included.
  • We will accept translations issued by the educational institution, or a sworn translator.
  • Legalisation or certification with an apostille is not required, but we reserve the right to request it if we have any doubts about the authenticity of the documents.

Exception: If the diploma supplement is issued in English, the rest of the documents are acceptable in the original language and there is no need for additional translations.
