EKA’s Grants

EKA’s research grants aim to establish and develop research topics relevant to the academy, increasing knowledge transfer and the competitiveness of the academy’s research and development activities.

As a rule, three grants are awarded: a research grant for research, an artistic research grant for artistic research, and a development grant for applied projects conducted in collaboration with private, public and the non-profit sector organisations.

As a rule, the research grant and development grant are awarded to groups, the artistic research grant can be awarded to either individuals or groups.

The conditions and rules for awarding the grants are stated in the statute of EKA’s Research Foundation
