
Excerpt from Gert Christjanson's MA thesis
The aim of the Raestipendium is to support and recognize successful master’s and doctoral students in research and teaching, whose research is related to the areas of activity of the city of Tallinn as a local government, has applied value from the point of view of organizing urban life and contributes to solving some of the issues facing the city of Tallinn.
The Raestipendium 2025 was awarded to Gert Christjanson from the Department of Interior Architecture, whose thesis is titled
“Ensuring and accelerating shelter opportunities in both the already built environment and planned areas, including cross-use opportunities with other functions”. Congratulations to Gerd!
The scholarship for a master’s student is 2,000 euros and for a doctoral student is 3,000 euros. The scholarship is funded by the city of Tallinn.
