The webinar will take place on May 12, 2026, from 14:00 to 16:00 (CET) 15:00–17:00 Estonian time. This session is designed for staff in managerial and leadership roles. It will focus on practical approaches to decision-making, including how to recognise cognitive biases and strengthen team leadership.
