The EKA Anniversary Auction is back! This year, we are celebrating EKA’s 112th anniversary. 112 is a familiar number to many – it is the emergency number you call when you need help. Art, too, has a remarkable ability to change people, transform environments, and shift our moods. Without art, perhaps we would all need a little help.
We invite you to submit artworks and objects that connect with themes such as help, self-help, rescue, crisis, prevention, or that express the supportive power of art in some other way. Representatives from all faculties are welcome to participate!
The starting bid for every work is 112€. Half of the proceeds from the auction will go towards scholarships for students, while the other half will go to the artist.
The auction will take place in the EKA Assembly Hall on 30 October 2026, as part of the alumni reunion and anniversary celebrations. This year, too, the auction will be conducted by Siim Raie, founder of Artrovert Gallery.
If you would like to submit your work for the auction, please fill out the form by 25 September at the latest! The final selection of 12 works will be made by the organizing committee.
