T4EU High Leadership Training Programme, takes place on May 5th as online training session, and is dedicated to the vital theme of Time Management.
The Transform4Europe High Leadership Training Programme is a strategic initiative designed to empower institutional leaders across the Alliance through hands-on engagement with the development of a joint leadership and governance model, grounded in a knowledge entrepreneurial mindset. Participants will explore advanced leadership models while strengthening their capacity to lead organizational transformation and fostering alignment across institutions.
This training seminar will be led by João Brás, an experienced coach and facilitator, who will guide participants through practical and reflective approaches to managing time and priorities in today’s rapidly evolving leadership landscape.

João is also a certified coach (ICF-PCC and EMCC Senior Practitioner) and visiting professor at Católica Porto Business School, teaching Leadership, Negotiation, and Communication. He is known for his clear, human-centered, and practical approach to lifelong learning and impact.
