Science Communication Course: How to Make a Podcast
Are you interested in science communication and podcasts? Saarland University is organising a practical workshop introducing the basics of creating your own podcast.
The workshop will cover developing a podcast concept, speaking and presentation skills, self-awareness, post-production and publishing a podcast. The workshop will be led by Elias Harth, a research assistant at Saarland University’s Center for Teaching and Learning, whose areas of expertise include presentation, public speaking, podcasts and artificial intelligence.
The course will take place on 3 December from 17:00–19:00 via MS Teams. Register for the course HERE by 24 November at the latest.

Science Communication Course: Presentation and Public Speaking Skills
Saarland University is organising a practical workshop aimed at helping students and researchers present and communicate the results of their research and teaching more effectively.
The workshop will introduce various presentation techniques, preparation methods, useful tools and practical tips. Particular attention will be paid to online presentations, which have become an important part of academic life. The workshop will be led by Elias Harth, a research assistant at Saarland University’s Center for Teaching and Learning, whose areas of expertise include presentation, public speaking, podcasts and artificial intelligence.
The course will take place on 5 November from 17:00–20:00 via MS Teams. Registration is required by 30 October at the latest!
