EKA’S THIRD INTERNATIONAL SUMMER ACADEMY TO HOST MORE THAN 100 TALENTS INTERESTED IN RESEARCH, ART AND DESIGN

As of Sunday, June 14th, the application process for the Estonian Academy of Arts international summer academy has been closed. A total of 255 applications from 50 different countries were received. 142 applicants from 34 countries have been granted the opportunity to participate in one of the courses during EKA’s third summer academy which will take place between the end of July until the end of August.
The international summer academy “EKA Summer Academy of Art, Design and Architecture – Possible Futures” will offer visual culture courses in the field of research, art and design, all taught in English. The lineup will include seven different courses on subjects such as wood design, sculptural headwear and egg tempera painting. On the behalf of EKA’s staff, we thank all the applicants for showing such deep interest towards this year’s courses and we are looking forward to meeting you all!
The EKA international summer academy is taking place within the framework of the “EKA Summer Academy of Art, Design and Architecture – Possible Futures” project funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
