As part of the Transform4Europe Alliance, EKA has the opportunity to nominate participants for the online training “Leading Change”, organised by the University of Trieste.
The session will take place 24 March 2026, 10:00–14:00 CET (online) and focuses on practical tools and approaches for leading organisational change, managing resistance, and strengthening engagement within teams.
The training is held in English and is primarily intended for university leadership and managerial staff. Each T4EU partner university can nominate up to three participants.
