TASE 2026 welcomes guests from EKA partner universities around the world

The Estonian Academy of Arts will host numerous international guests during TASE 2026, welcoming representatives from partner universities across Europe and around the world. Faculty members, experts, and students will arrive in Tallinn from Kenya, the United States, South Africa, Australia, and many key European partner institutions.

Among the visiting institutions are Moi University from Kenya, Rhode Island School of Design from the United States, Nelson Mandela University from South Africa, and RMIT University from Australia.

During TASE week, the guests will take part in EKA’s graduation programme and the TASE opening, participate in assessments, and attend the ERKI Fashion Show. They will also lead workshops, masterclasses, and meetings with EKA students and faculty, creating opportunities for knowledge exchange, new connections, and future collaboration.

The guest programme is supported by the Erasmus+ programme.

According to EKA Rector Hilkka Hiiop, welcoming international guests during TASE is especially valuable for the academy, as it also offers a chance to see EKA’s activities from an outside perspective. “We are very happy to welcome so many colleagues and partners from around the world to TASE. In addition to international experience and opportunities for collaboration, these encounters also give us a chance to look at EKA’s activities from the outside for a moment, and to acknowledge that we are truly doing some very exciting things here,” said EKA Rector Hilkka Hiiop.

TASE is the Estonian Academy of Arts’ annual graduation event, bringing together the work of EKA’s graduating students and connecting students, faculty, partners, and audiences from Estonia and abroad.
