New publication introduces the student projects by the department of Interior Architecture

EKA Interior Architecture 2022 publication

The Department of Interior Architecture has traditionally published yearbooks presenting student projects. While the previous editions were in book format and can be found in the libraries today, in the last three years we have concentrated our activities in the newspaper format. Our publications are available in physical form at the department (Põhja pst 7, room D409) and can also be accessed virtually on EKA’s Issuu page. 2022 newspaper can be found here.

The 2022 newspaper presents 14 different BA courses and projects and six Master’s studios on 48 pages. Students’ bachelor’s and master’s theses are scrutinized more closely. In addition to suervisors, alumni also share their opinions about their studies.

The newspaper was compiled and edited by Jüri Kermik, Maria Helena Luiga, Laura Movits, Triin Männik, Annamari Nael, Gregor Taul and Tüüne-Kristin Vaikla. Photos were taken by Martin Siplane, Anna Aurelia Minev, Heiko Kruusi, Siim Lõvi and the authors of the projects. The piblication was designed by Jaan Evart. The publication of the yearbooks of the Department of Interior Architecture is supported by the Estonian Cultural Endowment.
