At the end of August, new exchange students arrived in Estonia, who have chosen the Estonian Academy of Arts for their autumn semester Erasmus+ exchange studies.
To mark the start of the semester, the new exchange students went on a bogshoeing trip to the Seli bog with new international students and enjoyed a sauna evening at the Laukataguse holiday village. EKA buddy students contributed to the organization of the introduction event and the warm welcome of the new students.
In the autumn semester of the 2025/26 academic year, a total of 56 Erasmus+ exchange students from 22 different countries will study at the Estonian Academy of Arts.
The students come from the following countries: Ukraine, the Netherlands, Sweden, Spain, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland, Belgium, Norway, France, Mexico, Lithuania, Latvia, Japan, Italy, Hungary, Ghana, Germany, Finland, the Czech Republic, Austria and Turkey. The largest number of exchange students came from Germany this semester (13).
Exchange students study in four faculties:
Faculty of Architecture – 18 students
Faculty of Liberal Arts – 8 students
Faculty of Design – 24 students
Faculty of Art and Culture – 6 students
